- Our return policy is firm and the same for all customers, no exceptions.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded for any return, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- NO REFUNDS (store credit or gift card is how you will receive return credit)
- SALE ITEMS AND ACCESSORIES SALES ARE FINAL-NO RETURNS
Returns must:
- Be postmarked within 14 days of the ORDER DATE.
- Be in original, unused condition, with tags attached and original packaging.
- If an item has any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted and you will be charged a re-shipping fee.
- Include original invoice with the return.

If items arrived damaged we must be notified with pictures within 3 days of arrival. Please send pictures of damaged goods to rusticroots605@outlook.com. Title your email "damaged" and include your order #.
